Please inspect items thoroughly upon arrival. Though each item is inspected for quality assurance before shipping, it is possible to receive a defective item. We will not accept returns or exchanges on non-defective merchandise. We will accept returns of defective merchandise if contacted within 3 business days of delivery. If you think you have received a defective item, please email us at email@example.com within 3 business days of receiving your order, and we will be happy to exchange the item. The item will need to be mailed back to us within 3 days of the notification.
If there is an issue with your received order, such as incorrect items or missing items, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible so we can remedy the issue for you. If the item is currently out of stock, we will issue a refund or store credit for the item.
Returned items must remain new, unwashed, unworn, and in its original package.
If merchandise is purchased at a discounted price, it is a final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Shipping is nonrefundable unless there was a mistake on our end.
